Fur To Feathers Rescue
CARE HOME AGREEMENT
I agree to give foster care and shelter to a rescued animal from Fur To Feathers Rescue for a limited period of time. I understand that Fur to Feathers may have no prior knowledge of the animal’s temperament and/or behavioral habits, and I, therefore, will use caution while the animal is in my care. I will take care to protect myself and all who come in contact with the animal. I will not hold Fur To Feathers responsible for property damage or harm to myself, other persons, or animals caused by this animal while it is in my care.
I understand that Fur To Feathers will be responsible for supplying veterinary care necessary for the animal while it is in my care. I understand that I am to provide Food and Litter. If the animal has not received the proper vaccinations and routine medical care (including spaying or neutering) at the time of fostering, I will complete said medical care ONLY if prior authorization has been given by a Fur To Feathers Member.
I understand that Fur to Feathers will not be responsible for injury or illness contracted by any animals not belonging to Fur To Feathers. I agree that the animal(s) I am fostering will not be removed from my address or disposed of in any way without prior approval of Fur To Feathers.
I attest that all members of my household agree to foster the animal and that if I/we are interested in adopting the animal permanently, I must make a decision and notify Fur To Feathers within fourteen (14) days from the date I receive the animal. I understand that I will be responsible for the full adopting fee unless otherwise approved.
