June 18, 2011 (Saturday): Adoption Event ~ Hudsonville TSC

Join us at the Hudsonville Tractor Supply Company at 2480 Chicago Drive for another Adoption Day! We are planning on 10 AM – 3 PM at this time. Kitties, Cats, Barn Cats, Puppies, Dogs, possibly Bunnies and Birds, too! Again, if we don't have what you are looking for, we can assist you, so please ask. As always, we do not "sell" pets. These are rescued animals that are given a second chance at life. They are fully vetted, and therefore, there is an adoption agreement, application, and fee. All pets are raised in foster homes, so we know their behaviors, how they are with other pets and people, and we work with them every day. :) Thank you for choosing Fur To Feathers Pet Rescue! 
NOTE: to get a head start on the application process, click on "adoptable pets" above and choose the link "application". Copy/paste the application into an email, fill it out, and email it to [email protected] with the subject line: "Julie, application for  (name of pet here)" before the event! You can also help us by PRINTING OUT the application, filling it out, and bringing it with you also (but please get your head start by emailing in advance, too!).

June 23-25, 2011 (Thursday-Saturday) 9 AM – 6 PM: 
Garage Sale/Bake Sale

This Garage Sale/Bake Sale will be a fundraiser held in Wyoming. Donations needed and gladly accepted!! The address for dropping off donations and the address for the sale is the same: 2467 Central SW, Wyoming 49519. Please drop off donations by June 20. And please come to the sale June 23–25! We will have baked goods for humans and hopefully dogs, too. AND we will also have some of our adoptables there as well! :) Thank you very much! And we will see you there. This is going to be a big event and we hope you will be a part of it.

June 4, 2011 (Saturday): Dog Days in the Park @ Riverside Park ~ 

This event focuses on raising awareness of SPAY/NEUTER/ADOPT! Some of our dogs available for adoption will be there. We will be selling refreshments, like "Pupcakes!" And don't miss this: $20. MICROCHIPS available for your dog(s)!!!! More info coming. Stay tuned!

May 14, 2011 (Saturday): Adoption Event ~ Hudsonville TSC

Saturday from 9 AM – 1 PM (NOTE EARLIER HOURS THIS TIME!!!) at Hudsonville Tractor Supply Company. Another fun-filled day with lots of fully vetted pets to choose from. Please come out and visit! If we don't have what you are looking for, let us know. We can assist. All of our pets come with an adoption agreement, application, and fee. And of course, the pets come with unconditional love. That's the best part! :)

March 27, 2011 (Sunday): "BREWS N BRATS" Fundraiser!

"BREWS N BRATS: Fur to Feathers Pet Rescue – the benefit for a PAWSitive future!" from 3 PM – 7 PM, at Nick Finks, 3965 West River Drive NE, Comstock Park, MI. Join us for food, drink, karaoke, raffles (ending at 6 PM), and a good time! This is to support our efforts in rescuing animals from shelters and giving them a second chance at life! (50 cents of every PBR pint you buy is directly donated to our rescue!) You can also order online (so if you know someone that can't be there, they can still order. This will also help save on cost of books)!

March 15, 2011 (Tuesday): Pit Bull Seminar

This event takes place at Critter Cottage in Ada from 4:30 – 6 PM (4 PM for volunteers, please). It's for educational purposes for the children who attend there and is not open to the general public.
